Twin Crowns on Pillows Cakes

Noah's Ark Baby Shower Cake (Twins)

Fondant alligators & elephants for twin boys!

Cowboy Twins Birthday Cake

My Dad & Uncle Stephen had to have a cool birthday cake- yellow cake with chocolate cream cheese icing

Not a lot of ideas for twins (to top previous years, lol) so decided on 2 pairs of boots, and a piped rope border

Happy Birthday Ya'll!

The teeny boot pairs together.

Little gray alligator boots for one twin!

Teeny brown ostrich boots for the other!

Pigs in the Mud Cake

The birthday twins requested yellow cake with my Nana's chocolate cream cheese icing for their birthday, well there is only so much decorating you can do with brown icing. haha. Here are their "Pigs in the Mud"

Added 'grass' on the sides of the cake for a little more color, the icing was soft so it ended up a little on the "seaweed" side.

One silly pig with his tush in the air, peeking out of the mud

Pig #2 floating on his back in the mud puddle

There was debate over which pig was which twin, I had to tell them to decide. :)

Happy Birthday Twins!

My Dad and his identical twin brother Stephen have great mustaches, they have been my cake theme for their last two birthdays- this time in cupcake form.

Stan on the left, Stephen on the right, and because I only make twenty teeny mustaches some of the cupcakes were decorated with a teal rosette.

Daddy and Uncle Stephen were excited, btw these were labeled "stud muffins" and the ones without mustaches were made with mini-chocolate chips so they would be "studded" too.

The birthday boys with their respective cupcake-selves.

One shot of the little cupcake flags.
Happy Birthday Boys!

2 for 2

The novelty of twins makes for some fun cake opportunities...

Stephen and Stanton Monroe, 53

Stephen lays his hair down, wears a handlebar mustache, ropers, and single pocket shirts.

Stan wears his hair shorter (& prickly), a grand mustache, 2 pocket shirts, and pointy boots.

Yellow cake with chocolate cream cheese icing as the base, and red velvet twins with cream cheese icing.

Stan (my Dad) cutting into the head of his brother!

The carnage. It was pretty fun having them red on the inside!
Can't wait to try and top this next year!
