Cinderella Cupcakes
Can you guess which Disney Princess these cupcakes represent? |
How about now? Blue dress, pearls, glass slippers... Cinderella! |
The birthday girl was turning 3 years old, so a half dozen of the cupcakes displayed a rose and a "3" |
Another shot of the teeny glass slipper |
Also made a mini-cake for the birthday princess. |
Complete with a fondant version of Cinderella's dress |
Mini cake was Carrot (without pecans) with cream cheese icing |
Color coded the cupcakes for a school party: the white icing cakes were carrot (no nuts), blue icing cakes were yellow cake, and all the decorations were 100% edible! Yum! |

Baby Shower, Pink Dress
![]() |
This is the invitation used as the inspiration for a baby shower cake |
Made a pink, marshmallow fondant little baby dress on a hanger, similar to the one on the invitation. |
Finished cake, with silver pearl border, pink pearls sprinkled over the cake, and the pretty little baby dress. |

A Backwoods Princess
Pink and gold boots? Are they edible? Oh yes! |
And just look out teeny they are! |
The Princess' bustle, rolled roses! |
Of course she needs a rifle too! |
The full princess dress, in Camo colors with pink and purple accents. |
Put the boots next to the dress (if she was wearing them you couldn't see), and done! |
Personally delivered to a very excited birthday girl!

Barbie Princess Cake
The bodice and all parts except the barbie are edible, even the teensy diploma. |
LOVED the ruffle bustle. And it was the one of the easiest parts of the cake. |
This was a good trial cake, I learned some valuable lessons:
1. I needed another layer for height
2. Wrap Barbie in plastic, and make sure she is in straight (this one leaned)
3. Ruffles are awesome.
