Fundraiser Cake

I made two of this Red Velvet mini cake- took one to a bake sale at work, and sent the other one to work with my husband to share in the office. :)

My friend ordered a cake to donate to an annual school fundraiser, a cake raffle.

The cake represents the Aucilla Warriors!

Yellow cake, cream cheese icing, MMF Arrowhead (school logo).

It is much harder to pipe onto vertical surfaces than I would have thought, but the end product has a nice finish.
