This is a case of what having enough advance notice can do for a cake.
Because I was given the theme of the order a couple weeks in advance, I was able to make a full fledged Mardi Gras mask!
Vanilla Cake, layers were colored- 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 purple.Cream Cheese Icing & piping.
MMF mask and feathers.
